TOWER CONVEYOR BELT

The main purpose of manufacturing this tower conveyor belt was to facilitate both the transportation and the pouring concrete at the work front.

This system is composed of two conveyor belts joined together and hangs to a tower crane with a cable. The concrete is placed on the tower conveyor belt through a feeder, and the conveyor belt is able to transport it to different heights by using the height of the tower.

A telescopic system with two winches is used to keep the conveyor belt in hanging position.
Each winch holds one of the belts. This machine can be called a "top belt" system for its systematic transporting operation.
